Rising Roots Initiative is built for the communities of Des Moines and Council Bluffs — two areas with significant underserved youth populations and limited access to organized sports programming.
We operate through a direct partnership with Capital City Roots FC, Iowa’s UPSL semi-professional soccer club, giving our youth participants access to a professional sporting environment unlike anything else available in the region.
Programs are open to all youth in the region regardless of skill level or financial situation. We actively reach out to Title I schools, community centers, and local organizations.
